I led Research & Direction for the public experiment “AI Clone Science Communicator (AISC)” at Miraikan’s Create the Future Lab. Visitors toured the exhibits with a loaned smartphone and held live conversations with an AI “clone” modeled on Miraikan’s science communicators—testing how a human and their AI counterpart can co-learn through ongoing dialogue.
About the experience
Participants received a brief orientation and consent, interacted with AISC for ~30–60 minutes on the 5F floor, then returned the device and completed a short survey. The program targeted upper-elementary and above and required only regular permanent-exhibition admission. Hosted by Miraikan with Sony Computer Science Laboratories, Inc. as co-organizer.
